Mother's Day Catering Menu 2021

Mother's Day Baking and Reheating Instructions

Baking times can vary depending upon your oven. Plastic lids are not oven-safe.

Lasagna
Allow to come to room temperature. Bake covered at 350° for 45 minutes or until heated through. Uncover and bake additional 10 minutes (internal temperature of 165˚). Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

Chicken Piccata
Allow to come to room temperature. Plastic lids are not oven-safe. Remove and cover with foil before reheating (or use foil lid if you got a large size that came with a foil lid). Reheat at 350° COVERED for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through.

Rice Pilaf
Allow to come to room temperature.  Plastic lids are not oven-safe. Reheat at 350° COVERED for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through.

Broccolini
Allow to come to room temperature.  Plastic lids are not oven-safe. Reheat at 350° COVERED for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through.

Croissant Bake
Keep refrigerated until ready to bake. Bake covered at 350˚ for 35-45 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 20-25 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed. Take a knife and pierce the center, pulling the bread apart – if no liquid fills the hole you made, the casserole is ready! (internal temperature of 165˚).

Breakfast Brunch Bake
Keep refrigerated until ready to bake. Bake covered at 300˚ for 35-45 minutes, or until heated through (internal temperature of 165˚).

French Toast Casserole
Keep refrigerated until ready to bake. Bake covered at 350˚ for 35-45 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 20-25 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed. Take a knife and pierce the center, pulling the bread apart – if no liquid fills the hole you made, the casserole is ready! (internal temperature of 165˚).

Applewood Smoked Bacon
Allow to come to room temperature.  Plastic lids are not oven-safe. Reheat in oven at 350˚ UNCOVERED for 5-10 minutes.

Sausage Links
Allow to come to room temperature.  Plastic lids are not oven-safe. Reheat in oven at 350˚ UNCOVERED for 5-10 minutes.

Quiche
Cover with foil and reheat 325 for 25-30 minutes or until warm (internal temperature of 165˚).

  • We will be closed on Mother's Day, and we will re-open with regular hours of 8am-3pm on Monday, May 10th.
