Thanksgiving Baking and Reheating Instructions

Lasagna
Allow to come to room temperature.  Bake covered at 350° for 45 min or until heated through.  Uncover and bake additional 10 min.  Let stand 10 min before cutting.

Turkey Breast
Allow to come to room temperature.  Reheat at 325° COVERED for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through and turkey looks “steamy."

Country-Style Ham
Allow to come to room temperature.  Reheat at 325˚ COVERED for 20-30 minutes, or until heated thru and ham looks “steamy.”  Check ham halfway thru, basting with juices.

Herb Stuffing
Allow to come to room temperature.  Bake UNCOVERED at 350˚, until golden brown on top, 45 min-1 hour. If top begins to brown too much, cover with foil and continue to bake (CONTAINS RAW EGGS).

Baked Potato Casserole
Allow to come to room temperature. Bake at 350˚ COVERED for 25-35 min. Uncover and bake until top is golden, about 10 min longer. Let stand 10 min before serving.

Spaetzle and Green Beans
Reheat spaetzle mixture in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot and bubbling.  Add green beans and remove from heat.  Add toasted focaccia bread crumbs and serve.

Roasted Acorn Squash
Bake at 350˚ UNCOVERED for 25-35 min.  Top with streusel and return to oven for 10-15 min,

Creamed Spinach
Allow to come to room temperature. Bake at 350˚ COVERED for 25-35 min. Uncover and bake additional 10 min for a golden bubbly top.

Roasted Carrots with Garlic and Parmesan
Transfer to a sheet pan and roast uncovered at 450˚ for 25-35 min.  May hold in oven uncovered while cooking other items.

Gravy
Reheat in saucepan, uncovered, over medium heat, stirring frequently.

Quiche
Cover with foil and reheat 325 for 25-30 min or until warm.

Cranberry Pecan Multi-Grain Bread
Bake FROZEN loaf at 350˚ for 15-20 min.

Parker House Rolls
Wrap in foil and reheat at 350° for about 5 minutes.

Herb Cheddar Biscuits (reheating)
Put a slightly dampened paper towel over the top of the biscuits and wrap them in foil just before reheating at 350° for about 5 minutes.

Herb Cheddar Biscuits (baking)
Bake FROZEN biscuits at 450˚ for 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown and baked through.

Corn Muffins
Wrap in foil and reheat at 350° for about 5 minutes.

Cinnamon Rolls
Allow frozen rolls to thaw at room temperature until doubled in size (we typically remove them from the freezer just before going to bed the night before, leaving them covered with a kitchen towel in a warm place in our kitchen.  In the morning they are ready to go into the oven!). Bake at 375˚ for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.  Spread icing on warm rolls. 

Fruit Pies
Place on a baking sheet and reheat uncovered at 350° approximately 10-20 minutes, or until warm to the touch.
