Thanksgiving Baking and Reheating Instructions

Baking times can vary depending upon your oven. Plastic lids are not oven-safe.

Lasagna
Allow to come to room temperature. Bake covered at 350° for 45 minutes or until heated through. Uncover and bake additional 10 minutes (internal temperature of 165˚). Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

Oven-Roasted Turkey
Allow to come to room temperature. Plastic lids are not oven-safe. Remove and cover with foil before reheating. Reheat at 325° COVERED for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through and turkey looks “steamy" (internal temperature of 165˚). DO NOT OVERCOOK.

Country-Style Ham with Maple Bourbon Glaze
Allow to come to room temperature.  Plastic lids are not oven-safe. Remove and cover with foil before reheating. Reheat at 325˚ COVERED for 20-30 minutes, or until heated thru and ham looks “steamy” (internal temperature of 165˚). Check ham halfway thru, basting with juices.

Challah Cornbread Stuffing
Allow to come to room temperature. Bake COVERED at 350˚ COVERED for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through (internal temperature of 165˚).

Scalloped Potatoes
Allow to come to room temperature. Bake at 350˚ COVERED for 30 min. Uncover and bake until top is golden and most of liquid is absorbed, about 25 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before serving (internal temperature of 165˚).

Green Bean Casserole
Allow to come to room temperature. Bake at 350˚ UNCOVERED for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through (internal temperature of 165˚).

Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole
Allow to come to room temperature. Bake at 350˚ COVERED for 25-35 min. Uncover and bake additional 10 min for a golden bubbly top (internal temperature of 165˚).

Roasted Carrots with Garlic and Parmesan
Bake at 450˚ UNCOVERED for 15-25 minutes. These cook best when transferred to a sheet pan and spread into a single layer. May hold in oven uncovered while cooking other items.

Gravy
Reheat in saucepan, uncovered, over medium heat, stirring frequently (internal temperature of 165˚).

Quiche
Cover with foil and reheat 325 for 25-30 minutes or until warm (internal temperature of 165˚).

Parker House Rolls
Wrap in foil and reheat at 350° for about 5 minutes.

Herb Cheddar Biscuits (reheating)
Put a slightly dampened paper towel over the top of the biscuits and wrap them in foil just before reheating at 350° for about 5 minutes.

Herb Cheddar Biscuits (baking)
Bake FROZEN biscuits at 450˚ for 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown and baked through.

Corn Muffins
Wrap in foil and reheat at 350° for about 5 minutes.

Cinnamon Rolls
Allow frozen rolls to thaw at room temperature until doubled in size (we typically remove them from the freezer just before going to bed the night before, leaving them covered with a kitchen towel in a warm place in our kitchen. In the morning they are ready to go into the oven!). Bake at 375˚ for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Spread icing on warm rolls. 

Fruit Pies
Place on a baking sheet and reheat uncovered at 325° approximately 10-20 minutes, or until warm to the touch.
