Mushroom Barley Soup (*V)
Mushrooms, barley, crushed tomatoes, onions, carrots, garlic, fresh herbs and vegetable stock.

Beef Barley Soup
Braised chuck, mushrooms, barley, crushed tomatoes, onions, carrots, garlic, fresh herbs and beef stock.

Thai Coconut Chicken Ramen Soup
Chicken and ramen noodles in a mild coconut curry chicken stock with lemongrass and fresh ginger.  May substitute jasmine rice for pasta.

Texas Chili
A medium-spiced chili made with chuck, ground beef, and beer, this chili contains no beans.  Add shredded white cheddar $0.65 extra – comes on side).
